I am the Director of Tech Leadership Development at AIM Institute, an innovative nonprofit whose mission is to grow, connect and inspire the tech talent community through career development and educational programs. AIM also provides tech education to underserved communities. The organization cares about youth and wants to provide the same opportunity to every child regardless of their circumstances.

As the Director of Tech Leadership Development, I have made it my mission to guide people toward their full potential.  In my current position, I continue to connect, empower, educate and give back to the community.
