For the past 6 years, Kelsey has worked in the healthcare industry, an industry with vast opportunity in standardizing process and eliminating waste from process. She was worked on a variety of initiatives, including: decreasing in procedure time, standardizing survivorship care plans, and addressing the opioid crisis. Haswell has also lead the expansion of the first health system wide lung cancer screening program in the Omaha metro and founded Methodist Emerging Professionals, a group for passionate individuals that want to invest in their career. After receiving her BS in Biology at Nebraska Wesleyan University, Haswell completed her MBA at Creighton University and is currently in their doctorate of education program, focusing on interdeciplinary leadership. Haswell is an advocate for women in leadership, children, emerging leaders, and those affected by cancer.
